Behind the scenes with the lovely Vikki and Plum Pretty Sugar!

This past weekend, I had the most fun ever beautifying the gorgeous Vikki from All You Need Is Love event planning. Vikki and Brian are just one of those special couples that you always remember and are inspired by! They are so unique yet are so perfect for eachother! Vikki was the most beautiful bride and I had the time of my life with her and her wedding party! We are talking pee in your pants from laughter good time!!!! All of Vikki's wedding party was her closest friends from high school! We had the lovely ladies and then of course the lovely bridesmen! Yes bridesmen! I have never laughed so hard! It was intimate, chic and totally fun! Vikki had given the girls robes from Plum Pretty Sugar which before then I hadn't heard of! I am now obsessed with these gowns and want one in every color! Utterly Engaged Issue #10 Haute Glue Couture!

This post is way over due but so worth the wait! I had the great opportunity of working with Utterly Engaged on their Haute Glue Couture issue! I was so excited!!! We had an amazing group of vendors!!! We are talking Jay's Catering, Jessi Haack, Hanssie Trainor, Bows and Berries, French Buckets, and our amazing models from Paper and Thread and Broke Ass Bride! Nick and Nellie, Sunset Cliffs, San Diego

I had such a great time working with Nellie and her bridal party on her wedding day at the Sunset Cliffs, San Diego!!! I had the enormous pleasure of doing the girls hair for the big day!!! Nellie is so wonderful and booked me last year! A woman who plans ahead! Loved it!!! We started with her engagement session with the fabulous Hanssie Trainor. We worked up a super sexy mix of smokey eyes and soft swept up hair. Nick and Nellie are both professors and so they themed their shoot with books and scholastics! It was so cute!! For the wedding day Nellie wanted something structured but with some texture. We put together this beautiful asymmetrical updo that looked so beautiful on her face shape! Nellie has such fantastic hair and I was really happy with the way her look came together! She looked like a dream! Nellie is also a writer for the Wedding Bee blog and we laughed the morning of about her blogging as I worked on her hair! She is fabulous! Linsday and Jared tie the knot!

My beautiful sister in law Lindsay and her fiance Jared tied the know in May at the gorgeous Ebell Club, Long Beach! I had such a great time dolling her up for her big day! Lindsay is my hubby's twin sister and he was a groomsman. My munchkin Capri was also in the wedding as a flower girl! It was a great day of celebrating in the Geoffroy household! Leila and Tony's Santa Barbara Love shoot

OMG!!! Gorgeous Leila, oh so handsome Tony, Santa Barbara and drum roll please....... ELIZABETH MESSINA!!!!!! She is my all time favorite! Her work just breaths! I know it's a little over the top to say that but she is incredible!!! She is a celebrity photographer and most recently shot the vow renewal of the fabulous Tori Spelling! Leila is the owner and PR guru of Be Inspired PR and my totally favorite wedding blog Inspired By This. I had the pleasure of working with her on many of her pre-wedding events and her big day! Gorgeous Jackie gets hitched!

Jackie is one of the sweetest brides! I remember when she came in for her trial run and she was so shy and soft spoken! I of course, talked her ear off and by the end of her trial I felt like we were friends! She has such a huge hand in the design and decor of her big day! I got to see some of the details and she delivered!!!! It was gorgeous!!! I had the pleasure of doing both hair and makeup for Jackie! I also, got to work with the fabulous Gina and Mike from Pix of Life photography! Check out some of my fave images!

Lauren's roof top wedding on 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July!!!! Lauren envisioned a fabulous roof top celebration on her big day! 4th of July was the perfect day!!! I had the pleasure of working with the incredible Bella girls of Bella Weddings, whom I adore and have dolled up in the past! The event went off without a hitch! Lauren wanted to look glam!!! I personally love a vintage look and I got to play with this concept with Lauren's gorgeous hair! For makeup we went timeless and classic. The first time I met Lauren was at her preview with was also a preview for her girlfriend and bridesmaid Monica. I was thrilled to get to know them and hear all about how they knew eachother and their individual big days. Stay tuned for pics from Monica's amazing Santa Monica wedding.
